Amend CSHB 1549 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 1, lines 5-6, strike "Section 13.002, Election 
Code, is amended by amending Subsection (c) and adding Subsection 
(e)" and substitute "Section 13.002(c), Election Code, is amended".
	(2)  On page 2, lines 1-2, strike "identifying the applicant"           
	(3)  On page 2, strike lines 9-11 and substitute the 
following:              
			(C)  a statement by the applicant that the 
applicant has not been issued a number described by Paragraph (A) or 
(B);
	(4)  On page 2, strike lines 16-18.
