Amend CSHB 1554 on page 4, between lines 21 and 22, by 
inserting the following:
	(f)  The president, or the president's designee, of a public 
college or university that holds a charter for a virtual charter 
school shall be available, using a widely publicized electronic 
mail address, to the parents and guardians of students enrolled at 
the virtual charter school for the purpose of communicating about 
the virtual charter school program.
