(1) Amend CSHB 1567 by inserting the appropriately numbered 
SECTION to read as follows:
	SECTION _____. Amend Chapter 401, Health and Safety Code, by 
adding a new appropriately numbered Section to read as follows:
	Sec. _____. NUCLEAR WEAPONS WASTE. Radioactive waste derived 
from the production of nuclear weapons shall not be accepted by the 
compact waste site or the federal waste site.
	(2) Renumber the subsequent SECTIONS accordingly.
