Amend the Wolens amendment to CSHB 1606 on page 63, lines 
22-24, by striking "the member's spouse or a person related to the 
member within the first degree by consanguinity, as determined 
under Subchapter B, Chapter 573" and substituting "a person related 
to the member in the second degree by consanguinity or affinity, as 
determined under Subchapter B, Chapter 573, or a business entity 
that employs the member or a person related to the member in the 
second degree by consanguinity or affinity".
