Amend CSHB 1626 as follows:                                                  
	(1) on page 1, line 21, between "family" and ";" by adding "or 
a current member of the employee's household as defined by Family 
Code Section 71.005"; and, 
	(2) on page 1, lines 23 and 24, between "family" and 
"[restrict" by adding "or a current member of the employee's 
household as defined by Family Code Section 71.005".
