Amend HB 1743 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 6, line 25, immediately following the semicolon, 
strike "or".
	(2)  On page 6, between lines 25 and 26, insert the following:                 
		(2)  the provision of a value-added service if the 
person is a managed care organization; or
	(3)  On page 6, line 26, strike "(2)" and substitute "(3)  
other".
