The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 1912 on page 2, between lines 11 and 12, by inserting
the following:
(d) The board may not issue bonds authorized by Subsection
(a) at a time that would require the payment of any debt service on
the bonds before September 1, 2004.
