Amend CSHB 2020 as follows:                                                  
	(1) On page 4, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following:                    
	(e) Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, a 
person required to file a bond or alternate form of financial 
security under Section 91.103 who previously filed a form of 
financial security authorized by Subsection (b)(1), (2), (3), or 
(6) of this section must file one of those forms of financial 
security.
	(2) On page 6, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following:                  
	(e) Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, a 
person required to file a bond or alternate form of financial 
security under Section 91.103 who previously filed a form of 
financial security authorized by Subsection (b)(1), (2), (3), or 
(6) of this section must file one of those forms of financial 
security.
