Amend HB 2081 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 1, lines 9 and 10, strike "structural, 
electrical, or mechanical" and substitute "[structural,] 
electrical[,] or mechanical".
	(2)  On page 1, line 11, strike "$20,000 [$8,000]" and 
substitute "$8,000".
	(3)  On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "structural, 
electrical, or mechanical" and substitute "[structural,] 
electrical[,] or mechanical".
