The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend CSHB 2100 by adding the following SECTION to the bill, 
appropriately numbered, and renumbering existing SECTIONS 
accordingly:
	SECTION _____.  Section 2303.151(d), Occupations Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	(d)  A notice under this section must:                                         
		(1)  be correctly addressed;                                                  
		(2)  carry sufficient postage; and                                            
		(3)  be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested 
or electronic certified mail.
