The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	
Amend HB 2149 on page 1, line 13, by adding the following 
after the period:
	The secretary of state may disclose information relating to a 
criminal investigation received under this subsection only if the 
county or district attorney has disclosed the information or would 
be required by law to disclose the information.
