Amend HB 2200 as follows:                                                    

(1)  On page 1, line 8, strike "or master lease" and 	substitute "master lease, or other recorded contract".
	(2)  On page 1, line 23, between "declaration" and "that", 
insert "or recorded contract".
	(3)  On page 2, line 3, between "declaration" and "for", 
insert "or recorded contract".
	(4)  On page 2, line 4, between "declaration" and "and", 
insert "or recorded contract".
	(5)  On page 2, line 10, between "lease," and "or bylaw", 
insert "contract,".
	(6)  On page 2, strike lines 12-16 and substitute the 
following:             
	the effective date of this Act.  A provision of a declaration, 
master deed, master lease, contract, or bylaw relating to club 
membership that was recorded, enacted, or renewed before the 
effective date of this Act is continued in effect unless canceled 
after the ninth anniversary of the date the provision was recorded, 
enacted, or renewed at a meeting of the apartment owners at which 
the provision is disapproved by the holders of at least 67 percent 
of the ownership interests in the condominium.
