Amend CSHB 2224 as follows:                                                  
	(1) On page 9, line 11, strike "A" and substitute "The 
initial".
	(2) On page 9, strike lines 16 and 17 and substitute:

renewal, suspension, or revocation of [, suspend, or revoke] a 
	(3) On page 9, line 23, strike "the [any open-enrollment" and 
substitute "any [open-enrollment".
	(4) On page 9, strike line 24 and substitute:

	(5) On page 9, line 27, strike "or".
