Amend HB 2240 on third reading by striking page 14, line 24 
(second reading engrossment) and substituting the following:
	"applies only to a trust existing on or created after that 
date.             
	(b) With respect to a trust existing on January 1, 2004, this 
Act applies only to an act or decision relating to the trust 
occurring after December 31, 2003."
