Amend Amendment No. 102 by Ellis to CSHB 2292 as follows: (1) On page 1, line 24, between "date" and the period, insert ", excluding the amounts of the residents' personal needs allowances". (2) On page 2, line 1, between "date" and the period, insert ", excluding the amounts of the residents' personal needs allowances".
