Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	(1) on page 140, beginning at line 25, strike Subsection (d) 
in its entirety and substitute the following:
	(d) The nursing facility quality assurance team shall report 
on its work and recommendations to the Governor and the Legislative 
Budget Board no later than October 1, 2004, for consideration by the 
79th Legislature.
