Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	(1) On page 128, line 16, add the following language:                          
	The department will make every effort possible to offer the 
program to non-custodial parents whose child's custodial parent is 
receiving financial assistance under this chapter.
	(2) On page 129, line 12, add the following language:                          
	Non-recipients of financial assistance will not receive 
compensation for attending the program.
