Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	SECTION 2.108.                                                                 
	On page 171, line 1, between "rate" and "." insert "and the 
child's entitlement to Medicaid coverage.  The waiver shall, on at 
least an annual basis, allow families eligible for Medicaid who 
have previously opted to enroll their children in the child health 
plan program under Chapter 62, Health and Safety Code, to return 
those children to the Medicaid program".
