Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	On page 129, line 13, add the following language:                              
	(d)  The department may provide courses or may contract with 
any person, including a community or faith-based organization, for 
the provision of the courses.  The department must provide all 
participants with an option of attending courses in a non 
faith-based organization.
