Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 70, between lines 17 and 18, insert the 	following:              
		(1)  a prior authorization requirement is not imposed 
for a drug before the drug has been considered at a meeting of the 
Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee established under 
Section 531.074;
	(2)  On page 70, line 18, strike "(1)" and substitute "(2)".     
	(3)  On page 70, line 22, strike "(2)" and substitute "(3)".     
	(4)  On page 70, line 24, strike "(1)" and substitute "(2)".
