	On page 97, line 17, after "below" strike "150" and insert 
"165"      
	Insert a new section appropriately numbered as follows:                        
	SECTION 2.36. Section 62.002, Health and Safety Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
		(4) "Net family income" means the amount of income 
established for a family after reduction for offsets, not to exceed 
5% of the amount of net family income, for expenses such as child 
care and work-related expenses [, in accordance with standards 
applicable under the Medicaid program].
