Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 4, line 13, strike "and" and substitute "[and]".
	(2)  On page 5, line 4, between "Section 531.02481" and the 
period, insert the following:

";  and                                                                
		(5)  implement programs intended to prevent family 
violence and provide services to victims of family violence".
	(3)  On page 30, line 5, following the semicolon, insert 
"and".       
	(4)  On page 30, strike lines 6 and 7.
