Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	1.  On page 14, after line 22, insert subsection (f) to read 
as follows:     
	"(f)  A majority of the members of the council constitute a 
quorum for the transaction of business"
	2.  On page 19, after line 4, insert subsection (f) to read as 
follows:      
	"(f)  A majority of the members of the council constitute a 
quorum for the transaction of business"
	3.  On page 32, after line 3, insert subsection (f) to read as 
follows:      
	"(f)  A majority of the members of the council constitute a 
quorum for the transaction of business"
	4.  On page 37, after line 18, insert subsection (f) to read 
as follows:     
	"(f)  A majority of the members of the council constitute a
