Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	SECTION 531.063. CALL CENTER. Add (c) as follows:                              
	(c) The commission shall maintain staff and facilities to 
perform all other services including, but not limited to, program 
eligibility functions specified under (a) in such a way that 
service levels, accessibility for recipients, and timeliness are 
not reduced from levels existing on or before September 1, 2003.
