Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	SECTION 531.063. CALL CENTERS. Add the following language:                     
	(c) Translation services.  Call centers shall provide 
translation services as required by federal law for clients unable 
to speak, hear, or comprehend the English language.
