Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	On page 67, line 22 insert the following:                                      
	(g) In negotiating terms for a supplemental rebate the 
Commission shall utilize the Average Manufacturers Price (AMP), as 
defined in Section 1396r-8(k)(1) of the Omnibus Budget 
Reconciliation Act of 1990, as the cost basis for the product.
