Amend CSHB 2292 in Article 2, Section 2.11 on page 69 by 
adding a new subsection (d) and renumbering remaining subsections 
accordingly:
	(d)  Each prescribed drug for treatment of the following 
illnesses or conditions is exempt from the prior authorization 
system:
		(1)  human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection;                     
		(2)  acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).
