Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	SECTION 2.12.  On page 70, line 11, after "Section 531.072" 
strike "except for any drug exempted from prior authorization 
requirements by federal law" and substitute "except:
		(1)  the Commission shall establish procedures to 
ensure that any person being treated with a mental health-related 
drug can continue to receive that same medication without obtaining 
prior authorization even if a preferred drug list is adopted under 
this Section; and
		(2)  for any drug exempted from prior authorization 
requirements by federal law."
