Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 70, line 12, immediately following the period, 	add "The commission shall require that the prior authorization be 
obtained by the prescribing physician."
	(2)  On page 70, line 26, between "prescribed" and "for", 
insert "before implementation of a prior authorization requirement 
for that drug".
