Amend CSHB 2292, as amended, by striking Section 2.09 on page 
66, between line 13 and 19 and substituting the following:
	(b) Subject to subsection (c), The commission shall negotiate 
with manufacturers and labelers, including generic manufacturers 
and labelers, to obtain supplemental rebates for prescription sold 
in the state.  (c) The commission may by contract authorize a 
private entity to negotiate with manufacturers and labelers on
