Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	SECTION 2.14 is amended by adding the following sentence at 
the end of Sec. 531.075:
	"Any such program shall recognize any prohibitions in federal 
law on limits in the amount, duration or scope of medically 
necessary services for children on Medicaid."
