Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	SECTION 2.22. On page 86, line 25 through 27, and on page 87, 
line 1, strike proposed Section 531.115 "Sec. 531.073. PRIOR 
AUTHORIZATION FOR CERTAIN PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. (a) The commission 
shall develop and implement a system to cross-reference data 
collected for the programs listed under Section 531.008(c) with the 
list of fugitive felons maintained by the federal government."
