Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  

(1)  On page 93, between lines 25 and 26, insert the 	following:              
	(d)  If HB 1930 or SB 1556, Acts of the 78th Legislature, 
Regular Session, 2003, is enacted and becomes law, this section 
does not apply to a person regulated under Chapter 773.
	(2)  On page 94, line 3, strike "three" and substitute "two".
