Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	In Section 2.72 adding Section 533.0354(a), Health and Safety 
Code, strike "provide" and substitute "ensure provision of" (Senate 
committee printing, page 65, line 51), and strike "engage an 
individual" and substitute "ensure that individuals are engaged" 
(Senate committee printing, page 65, line 56).
