Amend CSHB 2292 by adding the following section to Article 2 
of the bill, numbered appropriately:
	SECTION ____.  Section 534.003(a), Health and Safety Code, 
is amended to read as follows:
	(a)  The board of trustees of a community center established 
by an organizational combination of local agencies is composed of 
not fewer than five or more than 13 [nine] members.
