Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  In Article 2 of the bill, strike Sections 2.81, 2.93, 
and 2.96.         
	(2)  In Article 2 of the bill, strike the introduction to 
Section 2.94 and substitute "Section 32.026, Human Resources Code, 
is amended by adding Subsection (g) to read as follows:".
	(3)  In Article 2, in Section 2.94 of the bill, strike 
Section 32.026(e), Human Resources Code, as amended by Section 
2.94.
