Amend CSHB 2292 (House engrossed printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to Article 2 of the bill 
and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  Section 31.0065, Human Resources Code, is 
amended by adding Subsection (g) to read as follows:
	(g)  In computing time limits for financial assistance under 
Subsection (b), the department shall exclude the period during 
which an employed recipient receives the earned income disregard.
