Amend Floor Amendment No. 3 adopted on second reading to CSHB 
2292 as follows:
	On page 3 of the amendment which amends Section 2.43.                          
	Section 62.002(4), Health and Safety Code, after "program" 
and before "." add the following:

"except offsets or disregards for child support paid out by the 
family and the first $50 of child support received by the family".
