Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	Insert after SECTION 2.06                                                      

A contract with a private provider of services described in ARTICLE 
2 of this act will stipulate that the provider will not engage in 
any activities that would be in violation of Section 572.051, Texas 
Government Code, if the provider were a state agency.
