Amend CSHB 2292 as follows:                                                  
	1)  On page 78, by striking the new language on lines 13-16                    
	2)  On page 78, line 29, delete "and"                                   
	3)  On page 78, line 32, delete the period after the word 
"program" and insert "; and"
	4)  On page 78, between lines 32 and 33, add a new subdivision 
(i)(4) to read as follows:
(4)  establish a funding process to provide incentives 
for increasing direct care staff and direct care wages and benefits 
in accordance with appropriations provided.
