Amend HB 2533 on page 15 by striking lines 24-27 and 
substituting the following:
	SECTION 19.  EMINENT DOMAIN.  The district has the power of 
eminent domain inside the district's boundaries for all public 
purposes and outside the district's boundaries for the sole purpose 
of constructing, owning, operating, repairing, and maintaining 
water supply lines and sanitary sewer service lines.  The districts 
power of eminent domain is exercised in the same manner as required 
for a county.
