Amends HB 2582 as follows:                                                   
	(1) on page 1 line 7 by striking "Texas Music Compact Disc 
Project" and substituting "Texas Music Project."
	(2) on page 1 line 18 adds a new subsection to read: (d) In 
accordance with this chapter and commission policy, the commission 
shall use part of the interest earned on the proceeds of the project 
to fund grants of money that promote music education through the 
commission's arts education grant program.
