Amend HB 2593 on third reading as follows:                                   
	(1)  On page 2, line 11, second reading engrossment, strike 
"and".    
	(2)  On page 2, line 16, second reading engrossment, between 
"this state" and the period, insert the following:
	; and                                                                   
		(3)  sell wine in this state to:                                       
			(A)  permit holders authorized to sell wine to the 
ultimate consumer in unbroken packages for off-premises 
consumption in an amount not to exceed 35,000 gallons annually; and
			(B)  holder's of wholesaler's permits, winery 
permits, and wine bottler's permits
