Amend HB 2914 on third reading by adding the following 
appropriately numbered SECTION and by renumbering the remaining 
sections of the bill as appropriate:
	SECTION _____.  Section 84.032, Election Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (e) to read as follows:
	(e)  A request for cancellation in a manner other than 
authorized by this section, including a request by letter, has no 
effect.
