Amend CSHB 3015 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 1, line 22, following the underlined semicolon, 
insert "and".
	(2)  On page 1, line 23, between "academic year" and the 
underlined comma, insert "and thereafter".
	(3)  On page 1, line 24, strike "; and" and substitute ".".      
	(4)  On page 2, strike lines 1 through 5.                                      
	(5)  On page 2, at the end of line 16, add the following:                      
	"This subsection does not authorize a governing board to set 
tuition in violation of a limitation provided by another provision 
of this chapter.
