Amend CSHB 3015 as follows:                                                  
	(1) On page 5, line 21, strike "and".                                   
	(2) On page 5, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following:                  
		(4) an analysis of the manner in which the factors 
described by Subdivisions (1)-(3) relate to:
			(A) the regions of this state in which students 
reside;             
			(B) the race or ethnicity of students;                                
			(C) the gender of students; and                                       
			(D) the level of education achieved by the parents 
of students; and 
	(3) On page 5, line 22, strike " (4) " and substitute " (5) ".
