Amend CSHB 3042 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                      
	(1)  In Section 2.01 of the bill, in added Section 
2165.007(b)(7), Government Code (page 1, line 58), after the 
semicolon, strike "or".
	(2)  In Section 2.01 of the bill, in added Section 
2165.007(b)(8), Government Code (page 1, line 59), strike the 
period and substitute the following:

; or                                                                   
		(9)  a facility located within or on state park 
property.
