System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend Amendment No. 2 by Bonnen to HB 3152 as follows:                       
	(1) Strike Item (11) of the amendment and substitute:                          
	(11) On page 5, strike lines 10-13 and substitute:                             
		(1) each municipality:                                                 
			(A) in which the property for which the 
designation is sought is located;
			(B) with a boundary located not more than one-half 
mile from the property for which the designation is sought; or
			(C) that owns or operates a groundwater supply 
well located not more than five miles from the property for which 
the designation is sought; and
		(2) each owner of a private water well that is located 
not more than five miles from a boundary of the property for which 
the designation is sought.
	(2) On page 2, line 31 of the amendment, strike the second 
"the" and substitute "a".
	(3) On page 3, line 2 of the amendment, between 
"municipality" and "entitled", insert "or private well owner".
	(4) On page 3, line 4 of the amendment, between 
"municipality" and "receives" insert "or private well owner".
	(5) On page 3, line 13 of the amendment, between 
"municipality" and "described", insert "or a private well owner".
	(6) On page 4, line 11 of the amendment, between 
"municipality" and "described" insert "and private well owner".
