Amend Amendment No. 2 by Bonnen to HB 3152 as follows:                       
	(1) On page 6, line 3 of the amendment, between 
"municipality" and "may" insert "that has obtained a municipal 
setting designation".
	(2) On page 6, line 3 of the amendment, strike "(a)".                   
	(3) On page 6, strike lines 7-9.
