System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend HB 3175 as follows:                                                    
	(1) On page 2, line 3, between "legislature" and the period, 
insert "except as necessary to return cash to the fund from which it 
was transferred as required by Subsection (a)".
	(2) Beginning on page 2, line 4, strike Subsection (a) of 
SECTION 2.         
	(3) On page 2, line 14, strike "(b)".
